Turkey's Parliament has approved the law to control Social Media.
A group of human rights says this is against freedom of expression.
According to law, Companies have to remove the immoral content otherwise, they will have to face a fine.
Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube have not yet commented.
The bill was submitted by the ruling AKP and its partner MHP, which together have a majority in Parliament.
Turkish Authorities have temporarily cut internet bandwidth to stop citizens using Social Media, after terror attacks.
