A sale was close to an agreement but was in doubt after the US president threat on Friday.
The wall street journal said Microsoft had now paused talks despite TikTok owner ByteDance making huge efforts to win the heart of White House.
The American politicians think that App is stealing the data which is harmful and a security threat for the United States of America.
