Twitter has permanently banned David Duke who is the leader of ex-KKK for repeatedly violating the rule of twitter.
The social media platform has changed its rules and policies that include "hateful content".
He was banned from Youtube in June.
Duke founded the knights of the Ku Klux klan in 1970.
